Shipping
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria.

Lagos orders: typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
Orders outside Lagos: typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. You’ll be informed of the exact delivery cost before your order is dispatched.
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we’ll share tracking/delivery updates with you directly via WhatsApp or phone.
In-store pickup is available at no extra cost at our Lekki Phase 1 store.

Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 3–7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify.

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp (0803 3000 426) or via our Contact page with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll advise you on how to return the item. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Fragile/breakable items (e.g. ceramic dinner sets) must be inspected at the point of delivery where possible — please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.
Items marked as final sale/clearance may not be eligible for return — this will be stated on the product page.
